Refugees and displaced individuals will overcome their challenges, embracing
dignified livelihoods where their rights are upheld and protected. They will cultivate compassion, advance education, and share their experiences and skills. Whether they return to their
communities of origin or embark on new journeys in inclusive societies, their
quest for resilience and empowerment will be recognized and respected.

1. Capacity Building
- Empowering individuals and communities through targeted training tailored to the specific needs of refugees, professional supportive communities, policymakers.
- Strengthening refugee’s skills to create new employment opportunities and live with dignity
- Facilitating capacity-building initiatives within host communities to empower refugees, enabling them rebuild their homelands and support voluntary repatriation
- Fostering the development of social, economic, professional, and political leadership skills among refugees their professional support networks
2. Supporting
- Establishing and cultivating diverse recovery and support programs, with a focus on
initiatives for vulnerable children, youth, women, and single mothers. - Providing support and resources for individuals and communities impacted by conflict,
trauma, and historical injustices.
3. Advocacy
- Promoting sensitive, supportive, and inclusive attitudes toward refugees locally and globally. Advancing global responsibility and encouraging collaborative international efforts to support, empower, and assist refugees wherever they are.
- Advocating for local, national, and international policies and initiatives that promote peace, reconciliation, and social justice.
4. Reconciliation
- Facilitating cross-cultural exchanges, educational programs, and collaborative initiatives
that promote mutual understanding, respect, and cooperation among diverse
communities. - Encouraging open and constructive dialogues between conflicting parties to build mutual understanding.
- Providing a safe and inclusive space for dialogue where individuals can share their experiences, perspectives, and aspirations without fear of judgment or reprisal.
5. Engagement
- Gender Equality: Empowering refugee women by enhancing their knowledge, skills,
and capabilities to unlock their economic potential and self-worth. - Intercultural Dialogue: Creating a space for intercultural and multicultural solidarity,
promoting gender equality and human unity through volunteering and giving. - Multi-lateral Responsibility: Facilitating collaboration between German and Israeli
societies to address the refugee crisis, including issues of exile, persecution, extreme
poverty, and uncertainty. Strengthening the self-reliance of refugees hosted in
Germany and neighboring countries to empower them for productive economic
activities and to rebuild their lives when they return to their countries of origin. - Global Caring: Increasing global awareness of the ongoing challenges, conditions, and
future of refugees.
