Objectives:

• Operate a multidisciplinary European training center for occupational training, enhancing self-reliance and leadership skills for refugees.
• Train professional communities, practitioners, academia, and local policymakers, working with and for refugees on various capacity-building and psycho-social methodologies.

The Capacity Building Institute serves as an educational training center for refugees, providing professional and occupational training to facilitate their integration into the workforce. Emphasizing an international capacity-building perspective, it focuses on gender equality, inclusion, social cohesion, and diversity. The programs cover various occupational fields and equip participants with essential communication, self-promotion, networking, and marketing skills. Additionally, the center advances capacity-building programs for multiple practitioners, professional agencies, and organizations working with and for refugees.
