The Campus will harness the most innovative expertise, creative ideas, and practical knowledge in Israel in the fields of education, treatment of marginalized populations, and development of professional skills and competencies. Israeli and international experts will train and teach advanced information technologies, organic agriculture, and disaster relief strategies, transforming these into practice based on the intensive involvement of the Israeli civil society and the assistance of highly skilled volunteers, each expert in their field.
As an interdisciplinary, intersectional enterprise, the Campus will be based on five activity areas:
- Social: Establishing and operating an international Youth Village.
- Economic: Advancing an international Capacity Building Institute.
- Environmental and sustainability: Facilitating an organic farming and Permaculture Training Institute and operating a renewable energy plant.
- Cultural: Setting up a refugee Social Art Academy.
- Educational: Creating an international refugee Visitor Center portraying the story of refugees in Europe and worldwide during the past century.
Guiding principles are tolerance, compassion, sharing, kindness, and reconciliation.
